10 blending lines ranging in mixing capacity from 35 cubic feet to 225 cubic feet (average batch sizes range from 1,000 @ 10,000 pounds) All blenders are double ribbon stainless steel Some blending lines have liquid addition systems

LIQUID BLENDING
2 @ 6,000 gallon capacity bulk blending tanks with steam heating coils. 3 @ 500 gallon capacity steam jacketed kettles with swept-surface and reverse agitation mixing 50 gallon liquefier and single tube heat exchanger 500,000 gallon capacity outside tank farm consisting of 11 tanks with agitation and steam coils
